If something is not right, we are here to help.

 

 

1.    Eligibility for Returns

 

To qualify for a return:

 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

 

Handmade variations in color, texture, or stitching are normal and not considered defects.

 

2.    Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

 

Used or worn footwear

 

Final sale or discounted items

 

Custom sizes or personalized products

 

3.    Exchanges

If the size doesn’t fit, we offer flexible exchanges when:

 

The product is new and unused

 

You contact us within 7 days of delivery

 

You cover the return shipping cost

 

We cover the cost of sending the new size (USA orders may include a small fee depending on weight)

 

4.    Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you received a damaged or defective product:

 

Contact us within 48 hours

 

Include photos of the issue

 

 

We will analyze your case and offer:

 

Replacement

 

Store credit

 

Partial refund (depending on the situation)

 

5.    Refunds (If applicable)

 

Refunds are issued only when:

 

The returned product is approved after inspection

 

The product arrives unused and in original condition

 

 

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

6.    Return Shipping Costs

 

Customer pays for return shipping

 

If we made a mistake (wrong size sent, wrong model), we cover all costs

 

7.    Order Cancellations

 

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after purchase.

After this period, we may have already started processing your order.
